investment casting plant. From scrap, Zipson foundry will make the steel to be various products for different industrial requirements.

the investment casting parts in multiple fields. We offer the casting parts to valve, pipe fitting, pump, agriculture machinery, motor industries, sanitary
industries, and furnitures, and military around the world.
Material
For different usage, customer will required different material. Normal steel m aterial, CF8M, CF8, CF3M,
WCB in ASME, DIN, JIS standard we the standard. Special alloy such as Duples (A182-F51, 2205 Duplex), Super Duples (CE3MN), Alloy 20 (CN7M), , Monel 400
(M35-1), Hastelloy C (CW12MW), Hastelloy B2, AISI317 ect. were available as asked. Zipson is especially familiar in casting the special

Rapid lead-time
To save the time, Zipson foundry will quote within 24 hours for nromal project, and within 2 days for larger
ones. The T1 will be offered within 45 days after order confirmaiton.
Foundry in Vietnam
Zipson is now preparing the new foundry in Vietnam offering the investment casting parts, and will be ready to produce before the end of year 2007.
