陸功工業不僅提供一般常用的金屬材質，例如在 ASME 標準下的 CF8M, WCB, CF8,
CF3M；在 DIN 標準下的 1.4408, 1.4308, 1.0619 或是在 JIS 標準下的  SCS14, SCS13, SCS16，同時也在不同的需求下製造特殊的合金產品。另外，根據不同的圖面及需求，陸功工業在球閥製品
和脫臘鑄件方面都提供給您所需要的特殊材質。
陸功工業自2006 年始，與金屬中心(MIRDC, Metal Industries Research & Development Centre) 合作研各式特殊合金，以期在鑄
造技術上進一步提升。
特殊合金球閥製品
全球大部分的球閥供應商面對需要加工的少量訂單以及不常流動的庫存，並不願意提供特殊合金的球閥產品。相對來說，陸功工業在客戶
需求到達一定的小數量後，便能提供特殊合金的球閥，這往往能幫助客戶立即解決令他們焦慮(anxious)的問題，為了提供最好的服務，即使這些球閥數量極少，價錢方面仍然會是在合理範圍。
無論是二通球閥，三通球閥，多通球閥, 法蘭球閥，或高壓球閥，凡是陸功工業所生產的產品，皆能提供特殊
合金材料配合客戶獨特的需求。目前供應的特殊合金材料如下，Hastelloy C (哈氏合金), Monel (蒙氏合金),
Alloy 20, Duplex A890 Gr.4A (2205 Duplex, A182-F51), Super Duplex (A890 Gr.5A & 6A) 適用於海水淡化設備或礦業配管。
特殊合金脫臘鑄件
根據不同的圖面及需 求，陸功工業能提供給您在脫臘鑄件方面所需要的特殊材質，以配合客戶在不同流體與環
境下的需求。
測試
客戶對於特殊材質的產品，通常會要求進行某些方面的測試。陸功工業在這
方面會偕同第三方(Third parties)的幫忙，針對特殊產品進行必要的認證測試，以此確保特殊合金在各方面都能符合標準。底下是這些測試可能包含的項目：
1) Corrossion Testing(腐蝕測試)：(ASTM G48)在4*4cm到10*10cm的測試範圍內測試72小時(或24小時，依照需求)。
陸功工業鑄造之 CE3MN (Super Duplex, A890-5A) 已進行此項 G48測試
，且於最嚴苛環境下 (72 小時, 50°C) 達到極佳的抗孔蝕及抗腐蝕成效 。証明鑄造能力及球閥應用能力均能符合客戶之最高要求。此類應用閥門多使用於海水淡化、近海工業、或海水處
理工業上。可於下方Super Duplex (5A) 表格內閱覽測試報告。
2) Micrographic Examination(顯微照相測試)：在每個測試範圍內提供100倍到500倍的照片。
3) PMI (正向材質測定), 陸功工業以最先進之光譜分析設備，分析每一爐鑄件之正確成份，以確保每一精密鑄件皆能符合客戶之需求。
